Palangka Raya – Pada Sabtu, 14 April 2025, Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Palangka Raya melakukan pertemuan melalui zoom meeting bersama seluruh mahasiswa program studi S3 Studi Islam. Turut berhadir dalam pertemuan ini Direktur Pascasarjana; Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Helim, S.Ag., M.Ag., Kaprodi S3 Studi Islam; Dr. M. Zaini Miftah, M.Pd., dan Sekprodi; Cecep Zakarias El Bilad, S.IP., M.Ud.
Direktur Pascasarjana; Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Helim, S.Ag., M.Ag. menyampaikan bahwa pertemuan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan penekanan dan penjelasan mendalam terkait alur dan prosedur penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa S3. Dalam pertemuan ini Direktur Pascasarjana menjelaskan bentuk persiapan, beberapa ketentuan teknis, dan pelaksanaan ujian komprehensif. Selain itu, beliau juga menjelaskan penulisan proposal disertasi yang meliputi komponen-komponen apa saja yang harus diperhatikan mahasiswa dalam menulis disertasi.
“Semoga dengan diadakannya pertemuan ini, para mahasiswa S3 Studi Islam dapat memahami penulisan proposal disertasi, pun juga pelaksanaan ujian komprehensif. Diharapkan para mahasiswa dapat lulus tepat waktu, melewati tahapan ujian mulai dari ujian komprehensif, ujian proposal tesis, ujian verifikasi, ujian tertutup hingga ujian terbuka.”, ungkap beliau.

Postgraduate Program Held Meeting with Doctoral Students in Islamic Studies on Dissertation Completion
Palangka Raya – On Saturday, April 14, 2025, Postgraduate of State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Palangka Raya held a zoom meeting with all students of the Doctoral Program in Islamic Studies. The meeting was attended by the Director of Postgraduate, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Helim, S.Ag., M.Ag., Head of Doctoral Program in Islamic Studies, Dr. M. Zaini Miftah, M.Pd., and Secretary, Cecep Zakarias El Bilad, S.IP., M.Ud.
Director of Postgraduate, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Helim, S.Ag., M.Ag., stated that the meeting was conducted to emphasize and provide an in-depth explanation regarding the procedures and workflow for completing the final assignments of doctoral students. During the meeting, he elaborated on the types of preparations requirements, several technical provisions, and the implementation of the comprehensive examination. Additionally, he explained the writing process of the dissertation proposal, including the essential components that students must pay attention to when writing their dissertation.
“Hopefully, through this meeting, the doctoral students of Islamic Studies will gain a clear understanding of writing a dissertation proposal as well as the implementation of the comprehensive examination. It is expected that students will graduate on time by successfully completing each stage of the examination process, starting from the comprehensive exam, proposal defense, verification exam, closed defense, and finally the public defense.”, said Abdul Helim.
